Nicad returned from their tour in Israel and is doing some gigs all around the netherlands and belgium, check them out!
Mucho Maestro released their album "Selling resolutions" a true piece of art, the same can be said about Boy Ler's second full length "Lord Palf". Congratulations guys.
The Giraffe has been dying for three years but is still alive and kicking! In order to celebrate our anniversary we organized a big party for all giraffe lovers in WORM Rotterdam. We all welcome you around 20.30 for some great music, nice drinks and a wonderfull environment.
We have a shit load of dying bands this evening: Nicad, Mucho Maestro, GHIU, The Maybees (acoustic solo act), Mark Lotterman, Solaire, Pourquoi me reveiller, Satoshi and we dance of our asses with the Mental youth dj team (Roberto Corrosso & Dick Jam).
Entrance is 8 euro, including a DGR compilation CD featuring 13 kickass dying bands. We hope to see you over there!
After an almost religious release party of their album Populism, Mono entered the free40 charts and are currently broadcasted through free40's webstream, Furthermore they will play live at De smet studio for VPRO's 3voor12 and are on a album promo tour Check mono's myspace for schedule.
Both Mummy's a tree and Pourquoi me reveiler Where elected as "local hero" by livexs , a dutch music magazine. Mummy and pourquoi did a show in the dutch holy temple Paradiso, which was recorded by fabchannel The election didn't stop after this victory, the public (meaning you, dear reader) is invited to vote for the Uberlocal hero right here .
Rita finally wins: Nicad will leave the country for a tour in Israel this spring. Their own organization Traveling records records nicad and other shows live and sells highly exclusives cd's of these gigs, big thumbs up guys!
Furthermore, rumours go that Mucho Maestro finished recording their first full length and threatened Russia to actually release it....
